Position Description

RockAuto Analytical Customer Support Specialists do not work from scripts or process workflows; they determine the needs of customers and use technology to accurately respond to a high volume of customer concerns. You will use your customer service skills to resolve a wide variety of challenges, in a fast-paced environment, continually striving to make RockAuto.com the best place to purchase auto parts online!

Our Analytical Customer Support Specialists:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Create and implement solutions to customer concerns
  • Help maintain & improve our user-friendly website
  • Use computer and/or foreign language skills (especially French, Spanish or German)

Job Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
  • Excellent customer service skills: ability to read closely, think quickly and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficient internet/computer skills
  • Determination to drive your own career
  • Basic automotive knowledge (Automotive knowledge is a plus, but Analytical Customer Support Specialists are not mechanics and they do not give customers repair advice)
  • Foreign Language Skills a plus (RockAuto has customers worldwide)
  • Willingness to work overtime occasionally

Must be able to work from our Madison, WI office and have the ability to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.

Shifts Available: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m or 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Some weekend availability may be required.
