Delphi temperature sensors are durable, continuous-function devices that measure temperature changes inside and outside the vehicle. Our one-piece design automates the production process and eliminates internal connectors and failure points. Plus, our crimpless conductive path to the thermistor, along with calibration certification, increase reliability and help assure accuracy of the temperature measurement. Delphi temperature sensors feature a rugged plastic shell and thermistor pre-mold subassembly, which prevents stress to ensure accurate measurements and vibration resistance. The thermistor is separate from the outer shell with specific grease lining, to provide thermal properties for optimal performance. Plus, our temperature sensors eliminate electrical interference so they’re not impacted by other electrical output from the vehicle.
