Federal-Mogul's Sealed Power® brand’s ongoing commitment to technological excellence has resulted in engineering improvements to cam bearings, such as smoother outside diameter (OD) surfaces and an enlarged OD chamfer that makes bearing installation easier. Another feature is the CNC machining/boring of the inside diameter (ID) for improved oil control and tighter tolerances.

Sealed Power cam bearings utilize a precision laser-welded full-round design. They are manufactured with an environmentally friendly tin-based babbitt lining material. This material has increased fatigue strength and improved corrosion resistance.
