Wagner analyzes each master cylinder casting to ensure they meet Society for Automotive Engineers (SAE) guidelines and burnish the cylinder bores to OE standards. Final assembly occurs in clean rooms using filtered, positive-pressure air-handling systems to keep dust and contaminants out of the final assembly area. This ensures that the cylinders themselves are free of dust and contaminants, preventing premature product failure.
Only top-grade ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber parts are used to prevent leaks, maintain peak performance and maximize safety.
