| Reman (Multiline); Hydraulic; Driver Position: For right-hand drive vehicles |
- Each unit is individually tested during the remanufacturing process and
once fully assembled, they are subjected to a 100% hydraulic pressure test
(high & low)
- All power rack assemblies are tested using both low and high air pressure,
and are submerged in liquid to identify leaks
- Pinion housings of aluminium racks are bored and sleeved to ensure original
steering performance
- Pipes are replaced with new and only OE quality seals are used
- Fitting instructions are included in all boxes
- Units are shrink-wrapped for protection during transit and all steering
rack boxes are sealed with a tamper evident label for additional quality assurance
