All Pure Energy Starters and Alternators come standard with complimentary roadside assistance. Service includes a jump-start or tow for ONE (1) year from the date of purchase on Reman units, and a jump-start or tow for TWO (2) years from the date of purchase on New units. Simply keep your starter/alternator receipt and roadside assistance card (sent with your order) in your vehicle, and call the toll-free dispatch number (located on the front of the card) when in need of emergency service. Roadside assistance is available 24-hours a day, 365-days a year, anywhere in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Roadside assistance is for passenger vehicles, vans and light trucks.
- Test 1 - Initial sample approvals test all components to validate specifications and functionality.
- Test 2 - All critical sub-assemblies are 100% tested on specialized equipment prior to final assembly.
- Test 3 - Completed units are individually end-of-line tested on proprietary, load-based testers across a full range of operating requirements.
