DNJ Power Steering Pumps are precisely manufactured and engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications. DNJ Power Steering Pumps are BRAND NEW, and not remanufactured like others in the aftermarket.

Features & Benefits:
  • All DNJ Power Steering Pumps are 100% factory tested and they are engineered with the highest, strictest standards, and prestigious quality certificates ISO9000, ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, and QS9000.
  • DNJ Power Steering Pumps are assembled using only the highest quality internal parts from the world's leading manufacturers. [E.g. automotive rolling bearings, precision machinery components, high-grade durable rubber oil seals, O-rings, and other sealing components].
  • DNJ Power Steering Pumps are engineered for the latest model engines with computer advancement technology as well as earlier model engines.

Installation Tips
  • Replace Power Steering Pressure and Return Hoses when replacing the power steering pump. Steering hoses can degrade internally and cause contamination in the power steering system, which can damage the new power steering pump
  • Where applicable, replace the Power Steering Reservoir or clean the internal filter
  • Completely flush the system with an OE approved Power Steering Fluid prior to installation (the correct type of fluid is noted on the reservoir cap or in your owner's manual). Flushing the system is critical to prevent system contamination and failure
  • Consider replacing the Belt (found in the Belt Drive category). Modern belts wear gradually and become less efficient, which can put strain on the Power Steering Pump and other belt driven components
  • Install the pump and all supplied o-ring seals according to installation instructions, to prevent leaking
  • Consider installing a Power Steering Filter on the Power Steering Return Hose to prevent system contamination and extend the life of the power steering components
  • A replacement Power Steering Pump can whine or make noise until air is purged from the fluid. Bleed the system during installation to prevent noise and extend the life of the steering components
