ATSCO remanufactured power steering gears are held to exacting tolerances in order to achieve high quality functionality and performance. To ensure our remanufactured steering gears are reliable mile after mile, sector shafts are Magnafluxed to insure structural integrity. Also, step-by-step quality checks are performed along with 100% performance testing for internal & external leakage, valve balance, and assist. Lastly, all units are adjusted to OE specifications to ensure factory feel and performance.
