Gates' Turbocharger Hose Kits are a superior OE+ solution for turbocharger hose replacement in one complete kit, including all the OE+ parts needed for complete repair – nothing more, nothing less. Research has shown instances of OE turbocharger hoses becoming oil-soaked and subsequently failing, rendering the system inoperable until the hose is replaced. Currently, turbocharger replacement parts are often only available at the OE dealer, making it harder to find parts when needed. Additional parts to complete the repair, such as clamps, can be hard to find, leading to extra sourcing time and inconvenience.
The Solution:- Gates OE+ turbocharger hoses feature a specially formulated fluorelastomer liner to prevent oil permeation.
- T-bolt clamps with stainless steel band and bridge resist corrosion and provide higher torque for better sealing over traditional worm gear clamps.
