All Gates radiator pressure caps are constructed of corrosion-resistant, heavy-gauge metal. This assures long service life and accurate control of pressure. Can be used for applications with or without coolant recovery systems. - Safety release lever.
- Protects against accidental burns by releasing steam through overflow tube.
Caps with a Safety Release Lever vent pressure from the cooling system when the lever is lifted, making it safe to remove the radiator cap.
