OPE converters come complete with installation kits - everything you need for easy installation, including hardware, gaskets, and accessories.
Leak testing - All welded sections are tested to a rate of 150ml/30sec max. All flex pipes and completed catalytic converters are tested to a rate of 800ml/30sec max.
All converters are 100% manufacturing line inspected, followed by a QA/QC inspection whereby the manufactured unit is test fitted using a testing jig.
All prototypes are vehicle fit tested prior to the implementation of manufacturing
