Cylinder Head Express takes great pride in providing high quality remanufactured cylinder heads. Many applications have inherent problems from the factory such as bad castings, seat failure, etc. — they update and correct those common issues to ensure the best possible cylinder heads.

All heads are thoroughly cleaned and tested to meet standards for eligibility to rebuild. Not all cores make the cut!
All threads are checked and chased.
Any and all flaws in the castings are corrected with industry approved practices.
Guides are measured to conform to AERA specs and replaced as needed.
Seats are machined with form-cutting bits for exacting contours and seat profiles for each application.
Head gasket surface is machined with high-speed mills armed with PCD and CBN technology to leave the required surface finish for today's gaskets.
Once completely machined, the heads are thoroughly cleaned, assembled with Viton valve seals and bench tested for quality control.
Packaged with reusable formed-foam to ensure cylinder heads are not damaged during transit.
